I joined the Jamieson-Hilts team in October of 2018 as an Account Executive. My role here is to service our existing clients, while also looking for ways to help prospective clients with their insurance needs. I’m a small-town guy, growing up in Bright, Ontario before moving to Woodstock later in life. I’ve been a part of this community for a long time, and I love to help others by volunteering my time with Victim Assistance Services of Oxford County.
I value relationships, and my goal in this industry is to provide my clients with information and the insurance that they actually need, rather than providing the cheapest option to lock down a sale. I have a very diverse background in insurance, including Marketing in the Public Entity/Commercial Insurance field, Personal Lines Sales and Service, and Auto Claims. Prior to my career in insurance, I was a Transmission Technician at a local auto shop.
When I’m not at work, I love to spend time with my family (I am a proud father to a baby boy born in early 2018, so that keeps me very busy!) I also enjoy playing the guitar here and there, as well as keeping my mechanic skills sharp by working on classic cars.
I look forward to building a long and successful career here at Jamieson-Hilts, and I am glad to be part of a team that has been a staple in this community for decades.
